So, tomorrow kicks of the Canada Day long weekend. Unless, of course, you work in a restaurant, like I do. In that case, you’ve already had at least two days of stress preparing for the weekend.
Not everyone is fortunate enough to work in a profession where they can get this glorious weekend off of work, so I implore you, if you go out this weekend — whether it be for lunch with your family or drinks with your friends — please tip your servers and send your compliments to the chef!
It’s a helluva a long weekend for us.
And, of course, please don’t drink and drive! And obviously, have fun :)
